Your ring will be delivered within 6 weeks and will be sent by free Royal Mail Standard Delivery to arrive in  2-5 working days from despatch.

Please call our store on 0121 236 2426 if you need your wedding ring sooner and we will do our best to assist. To arrange express delivery or a collection date please send us a message. 

If you order online, your jewellery box will be sent securely in a protective padded envelope inside a Royal Mail tamper-proof silver bag.

We also follow UK Hallmark standards, which require all jewellery to be hallmarked to verify authenticity. The only exemptions for this rule are items which fall beneath the specified weight thresholds. These are:

• 1 gram for gold
• 7.78 grams for silver
• 0.5 grams for platinum
• 1 gram for palladium
