Sonny's Summer Carnival raises £40,400 for Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity.
To mark a decade in business, we hosted a Summer Carnival gala for 200 guests. An evening of street food, live music and carnival entertainment in aid of the hospital that does so much for the children of our city. In October, we visited the hospital in person to hand over the cheque.
This evening was about more than celebrating 10 years of Sonny's. It was about recognising the people and community that have been with us on this journey, and giving something back. Sonny's Founder
About Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity
Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity exists to do more for sick kids. It raises vital funds to provide state-of-the-art equipment, fund life-changing research into childhood diseases, and create a welcoming, comfortable environment for the 100,000 children treated at the hospital every year.

On 28th August 2025, Sonny's marked ten years in business with a Summer Carnival gala at the lush Birmingham Botanical Gardens. More than 200 guests came together for an unforgettable evening of street-style food, live music and carnival-inspired entertainment.
It was a night that captured everything Sonny's has always been about. Craftsmanship, community and excellence, brought to life through heartfelt connections with the families, friends and partners who've supported us across the decade.
Thanks to the generosity of attendees, sponsors and supporters, the evening raised over £40,000 for Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity. It builds on a relationship that began years earlier with a dragon boat race, underscoring our long-standing dedication to supporting local causes and the city that continues to support our growth.
