    Purchases made in-store

    We do not offer refunds on any jewellery purchased in-store. We have an exchange-only policy, so long as the item has not been worn by the customer. This must be processed with 28 days of purchase.

    For bespoke jewellery, no refunds are accepted, and cancelled orders will incur a 20% charge of the overall price.

    Purchases made online

    In line with UK Law, we offer a full refund for anything bought online at You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and make the necessary steps to post the item/s back to us.

    We'll only give a refund on items that have not been altered or modified in any way. You'll then receive your refund within 14 days of it returning to us in-store.
